At times, a shoppers may get distracted and leave the website before marking a purchase, however, they already may have products in their cart.

The abandoned cart report contains a list of customers who have added products to the cart but did not complete the order. Marketing teams can use this data to send a reminder mail to the customer.

To get this report, go to “Orders >> Abandoned cart

Here you will see two type of reports: 

  1. Order Level View : In the order level view, you'll find a comprehensive list of orders made on the website. Each order may consist of several items grouped together within a single purchase.
  2. Item Level View : In the item level view, you'll encounter a comprehensive list of all individual items across all orders placed. In this view, you gain a granular perspective, allowing for detailed scrutiny of each item independent of its order context. It provides a comprehensive overview of the inventory flow and facilitates efficient tracking and management of individual items throughout the system.

You can also filter them based on the customer details or date.
